 Dr. Al Mosa assigned President of SEU, Dr. Al Fawzan assigned Deputy for Scholarships

His Excellency Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid ibn Mohammad Al Anqari issued decision to assign His Excellency Dr. Abdullah ibn Abdulaziz Al Mosa as president of Saudi Electronic University starting from 30th of January 2012.  Decision stipulated that SEU president shall report directly to minister of higher education.  A second decision of his excellency Minister was issued assigning Dr. Nasser ibn Mohammad Al Fawzan as Deputy minister for scholarship affairs starting from aforementioned date.

On this occasion, Dr. Abdullah Al Mosa expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation for ministers' trust and pleasure at the last six years term when he supervised execution of KAFSP and followed up the matters of country sons and daughters studying abroad.

Dr. Al Fawzan thanked his excellency minister Al Anqari.  He prayed to Allah to assist him and help him succeed at his task.  Al Fawzan also thanked Dr. Al Mosa for his great efforts done while managing ministry deputy for scholarship affairs.

It is worthy to mention that Dr. Abdullah Al Mosa holds a doctorate degree in curriculum planning and computer teaching methods from Ohio University, USA, in the sub-specialty of management and planning.  Prior to working as ministry deputy for scholarship, Al Mosa assumed deanship of College of Computer and Information Sciences at Al-Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.  Dr. Al Mosa has extensively authored books in computer education.  While Dr. Nasser ibn Mohammad Al Fawzan holds a doctorate in public administration from University of New York, USA , and tenured as Associate Professor in Department of Public Administration at College of Business Administration in King Saud University.  In the ministry, Dr. Al Fawzan was a general director before assuming deputy of scholarship affairs.​
