The Deputy Minister for Educational Affairs Dr. Mohammad A. Al-Ohali has expressed his appreciation of the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, on the bylaws of distance education in higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provided by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Dr. Al-Ohali said "This approval comes to develop higher education in the Kingdom in the ranks of developed countries.
The Deputy Minister explained that the ministry has sought to create standards for the control and quality assurance of E-learning, and distance education, to add a new path for distance education in higher education diversity paths.
