The Cultural mission at Saudi Embassy in Seoul organized a reception to welcome appointed Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Korea His Excellency Mr. Ahmed Younis Al Barrak.  His Excellency Cultural Attaché Dr. Turki ibn Fahd Al Ayyar welcomed in his address the ambassador and congratulated him on the noble royal trust and wished him all the best in his national mission.  His Excellency Ambassador delivered then a word where he expressed his gratitude to the cultural mission and the attaché for the reception.  The event took place on Sunday 21st of February at Lotte Hotel.

Mr. Al Barrak expressed happiness to meet with Saudi students and called them to exert more efforts to attain knowledge given all support of the cultural mission and noted of prospect jobs for excellent graduates to join embassy cadre.  He also promised to organize a monthly meeting at the embassy premises in Seoul.  You are undesignated ambassadors so any one of you is exemplar and needs to keep good manners to reflect his or her home country's, Ambassador remarked.

At the end of the reception Dr. Turki Al Ayyar presented a commemorative shield to Mr. Ahmed Al Barrak and guests proceeded to a following gala dinner of the reception.  The event was attended by embassy and mission staff and the Saudi students at Korean institutions.
