Duties :
1. Prepare ministry's budget and other linked budgets, such as external educational offices and corresponding with the ministry of finance concerning the items and projects
2. Participate in the discussion of the new universities' budgets and follow up on enhancing the existing universities' budgets items with the MOF
3. Corresponding with the governmental agencies and private sector establishments and performing continuous follow up to list the number of existing exchange students, or the new exchange students and their companions and update their data at the beginning of each new fiscal year. Determine the funds to be transferred to the MOHE budget to spend on the exchange students during an complete financial year
4. Continuous follow up with the Saudi educational attachés outside the Kingdom to avoid delays of due financial payments for exchanged students and any development in their exchange program status (i.e., ending the program – new exchange student – postponement of the exchange program, etc. )
5. Issue teachers' exchange program decrees
6. Issue ticket vouchers for all exchange students whose decrees were issued by the MOHE, and for handicapped companions of their family members
7. Perform a financial follow up for the additional lists to the exchange students program
