Objective :

Communication with the public, the media, and building a positive image of the ministry

Duties :

1. Carrying out the ceremonies of the Ministry officials visits and receiving them
2. Receiving the general public in the ministry, and doing the work of intelligence
3. Raising the morale of workers in the ministry through the organization of social programs
4. Assisting workers in the ministry in access to some services and goods which are granted on special discounts
5. Provision of daily newspapers and distributed to senior officials of the ministry
6. Hosting of senior media professionals to visit the ministry and its officials
7. Media coverage of events and activities of the ministry
8. Updating news on the ministry's website
9. Electronic authentication for what media publishes about the Ministry of Higher Education of the editorial and advertising material
10. Preparation of a library of photographs and biographies of officials in the ministry
11. Analysis of what media publishes about the ministry
12. Filming the ministry events photographically and on television
13. Documentation of audio-visual materials
14. Preparation technical specifications for the ministry publications and distributing them
15. Following-up of Book Translation Project
