The Department aims to support the cultural missions and the Agency of Scholarship Affairs, through the provision of electronic systems and services would raise the work efficiency and performance.

Duties:

• Provide technical solutions that help cultural attaché and the Agency of Scholarship Affairs to raise the work efficiency.

• Provision of electronic services for students studying abroad and the applicants for the King Abdullah Scholarships Program to facilitate their progress to the ministry services.

• Staff training on the cultural missions and ministry systems.

• Follow-up performance of the cultural missions and the Agency of Scholarship Affairs, towards the implementation of electronic transactions and the preparation of reports related.

• Prepare statistical reports on students studying abroad and other reports.

• Communicate with students studying abroad and to respond to their inquiries about the scholarships students portal and provide necessary support for them to benefit the portal services.
