General Objective :

Activating the role of the Electronic portal of the Ministry of Higher Education in offering the services of the Ministry to all beneficiaries including all services of the Ministry, offering them as electronic services in addition to following up and improving the quality of electronic services

Duties :

• Coordination with the Ministry departments to draw a practical approach to all services
• Supervising and carrying out all the projects of all services, following up the quality of services and developing them
• Developing and updating the electronic portal to the Ministry of Higher Education (Internal and External)
• Issuing periodical reports about the status of the electronic services
• Reengineering the services procedures
• The integration among the Ministry Systems and electronic portal
• Updating the contents of the electronic sites (Arabic and English) linked to the Ministry and verifying its correctness on daily basis
• Performing the electronic services and posting them to the electronic portals
• Developing electronic sites to the bodies linked to the Ministry
• Training and technical support to department beneficiaries
