General Objective :

Suggesting the annual plan, public and private plans that guarantee achieving the objectives of the Ministry in a manner that suits the public strategies of the country

Duties :

1. Setting up rules and bases of planning to the ministry works and sharing with the concerned departments in preparing the Ministry's budget
2. Preparing projects of all plans that achieve the objectives of the Ministry within the public policy of the country and directions of the concerned persons in the Ministry in cooperation with the various departments
3. Receiving the Ministry's plans included within the five-year plans from the Ministry of Planning and generalizing them on the various departments in the Ministry to work according to them
4. Following up and evaluating the plans periodically and preparing reports about the course of execution and raising them to the Minister
5. Setting up time schedules necessary for the Ministry's plans
6. Following up the periodical execution and evaluation of the plans, programs and projects included within the plan of the Ministry and raising the reports concerning the course of the work to the concerned bodies according to the models prepared by the Ministry of Planning
7. Demonstrating all obstacles that may arise during carrying out plans
8. Submitting the necessary information of the administration to the project of the Ministry's Budget
9. Suggesting procedures related to the works of administration and submitting them to the administration of Administrative Development in order to study and attest them as well as suggesting any developmental step in this field
10. Submitting the suggestions to the Ministry of Planning and Information Procuration concerning plans, rules and instructions that regulate the work to the Administration and abiding by them after they are attested
11. Identifying difficulties and problems that may face the course of the work at the administration, raising them to the Ministry of Planning and Information Procuration in order to solve them
12. Preparing periodical reports concerning the works of the administration and its achievements, raising them to the Ministry of Planning and Information Procuration
