Objective :

To supervise and manage ministry technology projects that fulfill ministry's vision to apply a concept of smart buildings. Department helps clarify vision of the ministry and put a strategic and executive plans for smart towns and campuses of universities.

Tasks :

1. Provides technical consultations to ministry agency upon need within competency
2. Supervise executive works of ministry smart building project
3. Participate in drafting technical specifications and approval of systems of the ministry smart building
4. Follow-up and review of progress reports of the ministry smart building project
5. Supervise executive works of emerging universities campus projects
6. Contribute to drafting technical specifications of emerging universities campus projects
in line with ministry aspirations to apply the smart campus concept
7. Evaluate bids of execution from applicants after bidding is open for competition
8. Supervise ministry and universities linkage project
9. Supervise ministry and cultural missions linkage project
