Duties :

The department is a link between the brotherly and friendly countries, represented by the cultural offices and embassies of those countries and the Saudi universities, either directly as it is for the States of the Gulf Cooperation Council, or through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the rest of the States.  That occurs in regard to scholarships provided by the Government of Saudi Arabia for the people of these countries in Saudi universities .  The main task of this department is to address the universities concerning scholarships students in terms of acceptance, change of specialization and transition in addition to other forms of academic and financial matters related to scholarship students.
