Duties:

1. Finalization of the procedures relating to the presence and the participation of faculty members in conferences and seminars outside the Kingdom

2. Finalization of the procedures relating to the presence and the participation of the expedited students at conferences and seminars which are held inside and outside the mission headquarters

3. Finalization of the procedures relating to consult faculty members in the Saudi public and private sectors

4. Finalization of the procedures relating to the invitation of visiting professors of the universities

5. Finalization of the procedures relating to the holding of conferences and symposia held by the public universities

6. Finalization of the procedures of the relationship between the Gulf Cooperation Council  and the universities

7. Circulating what the administration receives of conferences and seminars held within and outside the Kingdom on universities to inform the briefing
