Universities are a fundamental pillar of education in all of the world which provide a national cadres in all areas of administrative and educational, so it was the ministry's provision to provide a number of services via a variety of systems, In order to facilitate the procedures and the close association with educational institutions to serve the beneficiaries.  These services currently include:
