An electronic system was developed by the ministry to assist students applying for the Local Scholarship Program at private colleges and universities.

These services include the following:

1. Local Scholarship Application
Allows the student to register in the Local Scholarship Program

2. Scholarship application status and inquiry
 This allows the student to inquire about the status of their application at the program
