Ministry began to transform the internal system to the electronic system, so that all staff work electronically. Services provided to thestaff include:

Scholarship Annexation, Upgrade and Follow-up System
A system of 25 services already active that facilitates to ministry employees appending or promoting a student’s scholarship, extending or termination of a scholarship and also approve students' academic trips.

Staff Portal
An informational and functional web portal catered for employees that is home to several services with easy access. Current offering is 10 electronic services to track salary information , training courses , missions , promotions and more.

E-mail System
As email has become a necessity and means of work by itself , ministry has keen interest in utilizing it. The email system facilitates access to messaging through a dedicated server to continue to work from anywhere at any time.
