Organizational Position :

Directly linked to the minister

Objective :

Accomplish all the tasks of secretarial and office works of His Excellency the Minister.

Duties:

1. Scheduling the minister’s interviews, visits and meetings
2. Receiving phone calls and intelligence of the minister and the completing the procedures according to his directives
3. Receiving incoming private and confidential mails and submitting them to the minister
4. Preparing speeches drafts and notes required by the minister related to the work of the office and within the jurisdiction of other sectors of the ministry, and follow-up after their approval of the minister
5. Exporting private transactions and transactions of a confidential nature after being signed by the minister
6. Supervising the work of photocopier, translation and secretarial requirements of the minister according to his directives
7. Receiving of queries received for the minister's office and responding to them
8. Providing the necessary information and the proposals of the minister's office for the draft budget of the ministry
9. Following-up the transactions of the minister and providing the necessary reports according to his directives
10. Proposing procedures for the work of the office and submitting them to the administrative development unit to examine and approve them as well as proposing any developmental steps in this area
11. Preparing periodic reports on activities and achievements of the Office and submitting them to the minister
12. Doing any other work assigned by the minister appropriate to the nature of the work of the director of the office
